This wild berry protein smoothie is a vegan and dairy-free option you can have as a morning snack or simply after a workout. I like to keep my post-workout smoothies interesting so if you are like me, this is definitely one to try.
You will find that this plant-based protein smoothie has the right sweetness coming from the added banana and dates, and the right sour taste coming from the berry mix. Something about drinking this in the summer makes it more enjoyable.

Using a single serve blender add 140 grams (yields to a 1 cup) Whole Berry Medley (frozen optional). To add some sweetness to it, at the 1.5 ounces of (frozen) banana and 8 grams of dates (or one date). Continue adding the 1/4 teaspoon of flax seeds, 1/4 tablespoon of hemp seeds, and 30 grams of unflavored pea protein.
Add 8 fluid ounces of unsweetened almond milk and blend for about 30 seconds or until it is fully blended.
Once it is fully blended, enjoy!

140 grams (yields to a 1 cup) of Whole Berry Medley (frozen)
1.5 ounces of a Banana (frozen)
8 grams of dates
1/4 teaspoon of Flax Seeds
1/4 tablespoon of Hemp Seeds
30 grams of Unflavored Pea Protein
8 fluid ounces of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Using a single serve blender, add 140 grams, 1.5 ounces of banana, 8 grams of dates, 1/4 teaspoon of flax seeds, 1/4 tablespoon of hemp seeds, 30 grams of unflavored pea protein, and 8 fluid ounces of unsweetened almond milk.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until it is completely blended and enjoy!
