This mango mandarin plant-based protein smoothie is a vegan and dairy free option you can choose to have as a snack or after a workout. This is a satisfying smoothie that can also be used to cool down on a hot day.

Not only is this tropical and creamy, it also has an earthy taste to it because of the turmeric.

Using a single serve blender add 170 grams of mango (frozen), 115 grams of tangerine (frozen optional). Continue adding the 0.25 ounce of spinach, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and 30 grams of unflavored pea protein.

Add 8 fluid ounces of unsweetened almond milk and blend for about 30 seconds or until it is fully blended.
