Hello, I’m Stephanie, and I live in Dallas, Texas.
I started this blog as a medium to share my plant-based journey, experience in healthy eating and fitness, and to motivate and inspire others.
WHAT DOES EVOLVING NAKED MEAN?
These are words that echoed in my brain for a very long time. We fail to realize that the aesthetics of fitness is only a byproduct to how we treat our health. As cliche as this sounds, health truly starts from the inside out.
Evolving Naked means loving yourself whole enough to embark on a lifelong fitness journey. Loving all the imperfections that most likely will never change, including the dimples or stretch marks.

Evolving Naked is a vegan fitness blog that focuses on sports nutrition, health, and wellness. It is geared for people who are plant-based beginners who are into lifting heavy stuff. You’ll also find simple, healthy plant-based recipes anyone will love.
ABOUT THE RECIPES
All the recipes you find on Evolving Naked are plant-based. I try to keep my recipes simple using everyday, easy to find ingredients. Healthy eating should be realistic and doable for everyone.
HOW I EAT
I eat a vegan diet but I do not consider myself vegan. You can read more about my food philosophy here.
Although I am all about eating healthy, I also love to enjoy brownies, icecream, and something savory. I do not restrict myself from food items that I enjoy to fulfill the inner food junkie in me.
WHAT I DO FOR FITNESS?
I developed my passion for health and fitness during my third year in college.
I have participated in multiple 5k’s, a 10k, and a half marathon. By the time I did my first obstacle course race, I pivoted towards strength training.
Strength training has become my therapy in which I have discovered my self worth through both physical and mental strength and not by a simple reflection in the mirror.
I currently train 5-6 days a week, doing a variety of weightlifting, resistance, and calisthenics exercises. I also include sprints and yoga weekly.
I love to compete with myself, so I love to vary my workouts and dial up the intensity. I also love walking my dogs, hiking, swimming and staying active any way I can.
I am an ISSA certified Sports Nutritionist. I’ve taken many courses on nutrition, sports, nutrition, personal training, veganism, and wellness. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, so I am very analytical.
